This wonderful 6-day tour package will take you to all islands of Sri Lanka’s top tourist attractions. The trip around the wonderful cities of Dambulla, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Udawalawa, Bentota, and Colombo. This region is rich in historical sites.

Day 1: On the first day, Welcome to Sri Lanka!
You will meet the tour guide when you arrive at Colombo CMB airport, and you will then travel through the breathtaking Sri Lankan countryside to the ancient city of Sigiriya, which serves as the island’s cultural triangle’s geographic center. En route stop at the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, which was initially built to safeguard and care for the wild elephants that were discovered ambling through Sri Lanka’s forested areas. Every time the elephants visit the nearby river to take a bath, it is a moment to remember.
Then, You will experience a wonderful cultural village tour upon arrival in Sigiriya while touring the stunning countryside. It will begin with a ride in a bullock cart. During the tour, you will take a canoe across a lake, and then you will arrive at a farmer’s home where you will enjoy the customary hospitality of Sri Lanka’s country sides.

Night 1: Dambulla

Day 2: Today, you will visit the well-known Sigiriya Lion Rock in the morning, an old rock fortress close to Dambulla. In the morning visit the Golden Buddha Statue and the Royal Cave Temple. The largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka. Next, head to the historic city of Kandy. It is situated on a plateau surrounded by mountains, which are also the site of biodiverse rainforests and tea plantations. Sacred Buddhist sites in Kandy, such as the Temple of the Tooth Relic, are also well-known.

Night 2: Kandy

Day 3: After an early breakfast, you’ll enjoy a scenic drive through lush green tea plantations, mountains, and waterfalls to the tea region of Nuwara Eliya. Because this amazing town is located in the mountains, it has a cool climate all year. Visit a tea plantation. Explore the misty, cold hills that are covered in lush green blankets of tea plantations. You can also visit a tea factory that produces the prestigious brand of Ceylon Tea to see how a rich tradition is kept alive to this day. End your factory tour in style with a perfectly blended cup of tea. Evening your owan walking through Nuwara Eliya city center trying some snacks in the lanes lined with short eats,’ street-food options, and bustling local eateries.

Night 3: Nuwara Eliya

Day 4: You will enjoy an amazing trip from Nanu-Oya station to Ella in the morning. It is regarded as one of the most magnificent hill country train rides in the world. Ella is everyone’s favorite hill country village because it’s such a beautiful, natural setting. The Nine Arch Bridge, a popular tourist attraction in Ella, is a massive bridge made entirely of solid rocks, bricks, and cement, with not a single piece of steel used. Ella is a fantastic place for hiking and climbing, and its most famous trek is “Little Adam’s Peak.”

Night 4: Udawalawa

Day 5: DAY PLAN:
After breakfast, depart from udawalawa in the direction of the coastal city of Bentota. It’s a magnificent place with white sands and coconut palms growing right from the sea’s edge, as if from a postcard of a perfect tropical beach. Visit Galle, a city famous for its Ancient Fort. Walk through the streets, listening to the creaks of wooden saloon doors, and see how European architecture mingles with South Asian traditions today, bringing cultural enthusiasts from all over the world. On the southeast tip of the fort, the historic Galle Lighthouse stands proudly. Relax and enjoy your evening at your Bentota beachfront hotel.

Night 5: Bentota

Day 6: Today, go to Colombo, the capital city, which has an interesting history dating back to the fifth century. This was an important port city in the East-West trade even in ancient times. It is now a bustling modern town with a distinct atmosphere. The vibrant streets, restaurants, and modern shopping malls draw both locals and tourists. In Colombo, you can visit the city’s most important attractions while also doing some last-minute shopping. Perhaps you intend to end your trip with an unforgettable meal at a famous and internationally renowned restaurant in Colombo.

"Service Hire" means the various different travel products and services that can be booked by you from the Service Providers on this website.

By booking a Service Hire, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Service Provider. This website does not (re)sell, rent out, offer any (travel) product or service.

When rendering a Service Hire, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the Service Providers. As such, the Service Providers that market and promote their services on this website are fully responsible for updating all images, licences, policies & conditions and other relevant information that are displayed on this website. We cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Each Service Provider remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the (descriptive) information displayed on this website.

What is "Free to Cancel"?

Note: If the quote does not state free to cancel then both users must confirm what is to be paid in the event of cancellation.

Tour Requirements

  • Minimum tour duration of 3 days.
  • Inclusive Distance 150km per day.
  • E.g. 8 days x 150km per day = 1200km total inclusive distance.

Please send a message to the driver if your tour is less than 3 days or more than the inclusive distance.
