We were so lucky to have Chamee as our driver and knowledgeable guide.
Our trip started in Colombo where we were met by Chamee. This is where our adventure began. We first travelled to Dambulla and Sigiriya where we spent a couple of days seeing the iconic sights. From Sigiriya we travelled to Kandy. While in Kandy there was a festival on at the Dalada Maligawa Buddhist temple which Chamee ensured we had the best viewing spots.

From Kandy we took the train to Ella. Ella is a lovely town in the mountains surrounded by lots of tea groves.

After Ella we went with Chamee to Udawalawe National Park and went on an elephant safari which was fantastic. we saw arround 50 elephants in their natural habitat, as well as visiting the elephant orphanage were they re-integrate elephants to the wild.

Finally we went to Galle with Chamee adn enjoyed the area around the old fort.

Chamee listened to what we wanted to see and do and made informed suggestions. He is incredibly easy to have around. He is very knowledgeable, a fantastic host and representative of his country.
He is very professional , prompt and friendly. Nothing is to much trouble , excellent and anticipating our needs ie. coffee break, lunch etc and picking the best spots for it.
When we were going on the train to Ella he suggested the best option for us.

Having Chamme around made our holidays special and stress free. His people skills are excellent and to us he was not just the guide and a driver, he was a friend and we were very lucky to met his lovely family too.
We could not recommend Chamee highly enough.
