Our visit to Sri Lanka was really great and unforgettable. It was our first time when we decided to hire someone to assist us with our journey. Our driver Manju was an excellent driver and guide. He was listening to all our needs, adjusting the whole plan appropriately.

We spend 5 days together starting from Induruwa (we stayed there for few days just for rest) via Hikkaduwa to see turtles (as we wanted) Galle, Mirissa (beautiful beach with great lunch suggested by Manju – local delicious food, wonderful views, reasonable prices) and Weerawila (as we had a booking there). Then considering our location we had a great safari trip.

Next point of our trip was Ella with fantastic waterfalls. There Manju arranged for us short trekking to waterfalls when we had an unforgettable opportunity to swim in its swimming pools with fantastic views and very nice lunch on the rocks (delicious food on banana leaves which we could eat just over the pools) – this day was very special because we never experienced that kind of attractions. We also had an opportunity to see a very popular Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak. Then another day we planned to move to Nuvera Elija. Initially planned to go there by car but we really wanted to get there by train with great views on the way, thanks to Manju’s support and suggested we finally get the train tickets realizing one of our dreams.Then for the last day we visited tea factory and some viewpoints on the way with unforgettable tea plantation view and get back to Colombo.

Manju organised for us a safari trip, tea factory visit, waterfalls trip, assisted with train tickets, arranged two hotels according to our budget, organised all places for lunch, suggested the places for dinner. He was always there when we needed, answering all the questions and showing all important points on the way and making us a lot of pictures 🙂

Manju was not only a driver and guide but also a great companion and photographer always on time. Very nice, protective, supportive with a great sense of humor. Also very flexible to our needs. He has a great knowledge of the country as well as a perfect English. Travelling with him was really comfortable, the car was nice and clean, and water for travellers was always prepared.Manju as a driver was very careful.
We will keep this trip in our minds for long, we still have some parts of Sri Lanka not discovered so we are going to go back and then definitely ask Manju to be our support. If any of our friends want to go to Sri Lanka we will firstly suggest they hire Manju as a driver.

"Service Hire" means the various different travel products and services that can be booked by you from the Service Providers on this website.

By booking a Service Hire, you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Service Provider. This website does not (re)sell, rent out, offer any (travel) product or service.

When rendering a Service Hire, the information that we disclose is based on the information provided to us by the Service Providers. As such, the Service Providers that market and promote their services on this website are fully responsible for updating all images, licences, policies & conditions and other relevant information that are displayed on this website. We cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors, inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. In order to duly complete and secure your Service Hire, you need to use your correct email address. We are not responsible or liable for (and have no obligation to verify) any wrong or misspelled email address or inaccurate or wrong (mobile) phone number.

When you make initial contact with a Service Provider we do not share your personal contact information with them. An account will be created for you where you can manage your personal messages and quotes. We do not permit the sharing of personal contact information before a Service Hire is confirmed.
