Mr. Sudharshan is the best possible thing happened in my Sri Lanka tour. He is not only a great driver but also a great tour guide and translator. Having him with us from the very first moment in Sri Lanka made our tour quite comfortable and smooth. Like his well maintained beautiful car he took care of all our wishes and necessities whenever it is needed. Once we booked his services, we shared our itinerary to him and he complied with it as best as possible. He not only took us to the places we wanted to visit but also guided us to some more beautiful spots on our ways. He understood our likes and dislikes very early and made those additional suggestions perfectly. He knows all of Sri Lanka very well and shares all the details (both pro’s and cons) of every spot’s early in time. As a result it was quite easy for us to make our choices considering all the possibilities and options. My 8.5 years old son has become quite a fond of this great hardworking and sensible gentleman. During our stay as Sri Lanka at one point my wife got littlebit sick due to heavy headaches. He himself instantly moved to a pharmacy and brought the required medicine she badly needed.
At some places we were really unhappy with some of our hotel bookings which we did as per different websites and VLOGs suggestions but the places are not exactly as advertised. At those times he himself stepped in and helped us resolve the issues as smoothly as possible. We even cancelled some bookings and the hotels didn’t even charge us a penny bcs of his infuances. This gentleman has some really good connection as well. He even managed great hotels for us at the heart of both Nuwara Eliya and MIRISSA beach based on a last minute decision even though most of the rooms were not available that time. He found them in a whimp.
He also knows all the shopping places and even pulled a great bargain for us at every places.
Even at night times and safari tours when we were having fun time he was always there with us taking care of me, my son and my family. At our spa time to give us privacy he even baby sat for us.
Next time when I come to Sri Lanka to spend my vacation again, the only thing I am going to do is book his services first and fly in here. Because I would know this 100% dependable gentleman would take care rest of everything.
