I would like to introduce myself and explain why I am passionate about working in the tourism industry.
I served in the Sri Lanka Army for 3 years. After that, I worked in a hotel in Dubai for 2 years, and then I spent 6 years working in the hotel industry in Italy. Through these experiences, I gained valuable knowledge in customer service and working with people from many different countries and cultures. I am confident in communicating with international visitors and making them feel welcome.
About two years ago, I returned to Sri Lanka because I wanted to build my future in my own country. Since then, I have been working hard to develop my tourism business and provide visitors with a safe, professional, and memorable experience while they travel in Sri Lanka.
