Why should I contact or book a driver through the website?
- You should receive the vehicle as described, as shown in the photo, or a direct equivalent.
- You should receive the driver you booked if they are named in the booking.
- You should not be charged more than the agreed total price, and we will assist with any dispute.
- You can change or cancel the booking directly through the website, subject to the agreed cancellation terms.
- You will not pay any money to this website to make a booking.
- You will have the opportunity to leave a review for the driver at the end of the trip.
- You will receive a booking contract with the driver setting out the agreed booking details.
